Head of Property Management (Maternity FTC)

Location: BrightonSalary: £42k + Fantastic Company BenefitsHours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5:30pm & 1 in 4 Saturdays (10am - 4pm, with a day off in lieu)Must have a valid UK driving licence to apply!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving efficiency by reviewing and improving departmental processes
  • Managing and supporting your team to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Overseeing all end-of-tenancy objectives and pre-tenancy contractor works
  • Handling escalated complaints with professionalism and speed
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and third-party service providers
  • Ensuring full compliance with industry legislation and company standards
  • Recruiting and onboarding new team members when required
