Vacancy: SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / LISTER– Residential Estate Agency
Location: Hove, BN3
Salary: OTE £40k +
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Our client is a highly successful local Estate Agency and they are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister for their offices in Hove.

If this sounds like you and you are based within reach of the Brighton & Hove area, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister with a well-known and highly regarded local estate agency.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Estate Agency industry, a great personal track record and of being able to win instructions: You will be energetic, resourceful and ambitious.
You will be assisting in ensuring the branch hits targets, is profitable, wins new business and retains current clients.
The Company: Our client is a strong local independent Estate Agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the Hove area.
Skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister role will include:
- Previous experience in residential Property Sales
- Listing and instruction winning experience
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Focused to lead and motivate a team
- Able to win new business
- Full UK driving license required
- Local knowledge of the Hove / Brighton area is preferred
