Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning:Lead and support financial planning processes, delivering insights that align with our companys goals.
  • Cost and Spend Analysis:Work closely with an analyst to evaluate current expenditure, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide recommendations that drive efficiency.
  • Collaborative Business Support:Partner with business managers across departments, helping them understand their financial performance and supporting them in identifying improvement areas.
  • Performance Improvement:Assist department heads in creating and implementing action plans to drive financial success and alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis:Produce and present financial reports, including variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making and inform the companys growth trajectory.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Business Partner or similar role within a multi-departmental setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-focused approach to delivering actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
  • A drive for personal development and continuous learning within the financial sector.
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.
