Lettings Negotiator

Location: Brighton

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 + OTE + company benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

(Every 3rd Saturday required, with a day off in lieu)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous lettings experience who enjoys building strong client relationships, securing deals, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling property enquiries and conducting viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Negotiating and finalising tenancy agreements to achieve the best outcomes for landlords and tenants.
  • Generating new business opportunities via sales calls and marketing activities.
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth tenancy processes.
  • Conducting property inspections and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  • Maintaining an excellent knowledge of the local property market and proactively identifying business opportunities.
  • Working towards branch company KPI’s and targets
  • Updating and managing property listings to maximise exposure.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service is always delivered.

  • Previous lettings experience within a similar role.
  • A proactive and motivated approach to achieving targets and delivering outstanding service.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence - own transport preferred.
