About Us: Our clients are a leadingLettings powerhouse in the Sussex area. They pride themselves on thier commitment to providing exceptional service. They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team and drive our lettings business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Property Listings: Oversee the creation and management of property listings, ensuring they are accurately and attractively presented.
  • Viewings Coordination: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed and accurate information to potential tenants.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants, aiming to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, rental values, and competitor activity to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure all lettings activities comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior negotiators, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lettings activities, including key metrics such as occupancy rates, rental income, and client feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a lettings negotiator, with a minimum of 2 years experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Membership of a professional body such as ARLA Propertymark is advantageous but not required
