Senior Sales Consultant (Valuer/Lister) - Estate Agency

Salary: £26k - £28k + uncapped Commission scheme and great company benefits.

Location: Brighton

Hours: Mon-Fr 9am - 17.30pm and the occasional ad-hoc appointments on Saturdays as required.

Must have a UK driving licence to apply - company car available for use.

Are you a successful Valuer/Lister with extensive experience within estate agency and thrive in a fast paced and proactive working environment where you can maximise your earning potential? If so, I want to hear from you.

My client is looking for a sale’s focused individual to join their energetic and friendly team where client care and offering an outstanding service is paramount. The team is highly focused, hard working and driven, so if this sums you up, you will fit right in!

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new leads and converting a mixture of existing opportunities.
  • Handling and converting leads provided.
  • Attending valuations/listings and valuing properties.
  • Presenting company benefits, providing a bespoke proposal to clients based on their needs.
  • Generating new business opportunities via cold calling and other marketing activities.
  • Onboarding new clients, dealing with all AML documentation and contracts
  • Successfully negotiating offers.
  • Capturing marketing materials and listing properties.
  • Handling enquiries and conducting viewings.
  • Sales progression - Liasing with all parties through to completion.
  • Contributing to new ideas, Liasing with the marketing team in the creation of new content and marketing campaigns.
  • Account management and attend client meetings as required.

The right candidate must have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Proven experience in valuing and listing properties within the property industry.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and driven with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ideally knowledge of the Brighton and Hove area.
  • Strong team player that thrives in a busy and varied role.
  • Contribution to new ideas to improve business opportunities.
  • Confident, personable with the ability to build strong business relationships.
