Property Manager

Salary: £30k - £35k + Bonus + great company benefits

Do you want to work in a vibrant, fun and fast paced role, working in a team of six proactive and friendly property managers? Do you have a background in property management and want to be able to offer outstanding service within a well-structured and efficient working environment?

This role is centred around building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and my client is looking for a proactive and personable individual that is a natural problem solver and enjoys working in a close-knit team.

Responsibilities:

  • Guiding tenants through the renting process.
  • Managing a portfolio of properties 60-80.
  • Processing tenancy paperwork, drawing up contracts and other legal documents.
  • Keeping accurate property records.
  • Coordinating and issuing maintenance works to be carried out.
  • Ensuring we are compliant with legislation across our operations.
  • Preparing properties for the tenancy change over.
  • Dealing with enquiries from landlords and tenants.
  • Account managing and attending client meetings.
  • Liasing with landlords in further property improvements and refurbishments.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Approachable and focused on providing great customer service.
  • Proven property management/lettings coordination background.
  • Proactive and organised.
  • Efficient and capable of managing a varied workload.
  • Experienced in property legislation.
  • Full UK driving licence.
