Vacancy: RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Brighton
Salary: £30k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Urgently required – a competent, capable and experienced Residential Property Manager, knowledgeable inall aspects of Property Management including Property Inspection, Check-Ins, Check-outs, Inventories, Mid-Term Inspections and Notices.
You will need to be accurate and dependable, careful and thorough, responsible and confident, and have had previous experience in this sector so that you can hit the ground running.
The role is based in Brighton, so a candidate who lives in the general area would be preferred.
The Company: Our client is a highly professional Independent Lettings agency, with an excellent local reputation and a sizeable portfolio.
Skills required for this Property Manager – Residential Lettings role will include:
- Previous experience of Residential Property Management
- Strong admin & IT skills
- A thorough understanding of the rental process
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Full UK Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional
- Highly organised
- Flexible, positive and professional
- ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
- Excellent written and spoken English
