Senior Property Manager/Team leader

Location: Brighton

Salary: £35k + Bonus + Great company benefits

Full time Mon- Fri 9am - 17.30pm and 1 in 4 Sat 10am - 4pm with a day off in lieu

Must have a Full U K driving licence.

Are you an experienced property manager and now want that next step into team management? You will have great communication and organisation skills, and capable of managing a varied workload, be approachable and proactive and able to work in fast paced environment.

As a senior member of the team, you will support the team of property managers, each of them has a portfolio of properties and provide guidance and support, fostering a collaborative team environment, ensuring the tenants and landlords receive exceptional customer service, and drive efficient workflow and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team members to ensure efficient management of their portfolios.
  • Updating the CRM systems accurately and maintain accurate property records.
  • Manage property compliance certificates
  • Liasing with third party companies.
  • Coordinating property improvements and repairs.
  • Dealing with queries from landlords and tenants.
  • Assisting in coordinating repairs and property improvements.
  • Conducting inspections and property visits.
  • Oversee properties for tenancy changeover.
  • Attend client visits and build strong relationships.
  • Drive performance through positive coaching and mentoring of the team.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Proven property management background.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Highly organised, a natural problem solver with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Great IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and using property software systems.
  • Full UK driving licence (there is a pool car for site visits and client meetings).
  • Great communication skills, with a positive and proactive disposition.
  • Passionate about delivering high standards of customer service.
