Are you an experienced receptionist/administrator looking for a new challenge with a passion to help and support customers and dealing with the public? We are working with an NHS Trust who are seeking additional support in the team for a temporary project-based role for a period of up to 8 weeks possible longer, hours are 9-5pm Monday to Friday:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting patients and customers
  • Making appointments via phone and emails
  • Booking in patients
  • Sending emails and managing inbox

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in reception and administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong communication skills
