They are looking to recruit an excellent Receptionist to join their Brighton based team on a temporary (with the opportunity to go permanent).

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent organisational abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
  • A positive, proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology or experience in a law firm is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with completing client intake forms, verifying ID documents, and addressing basic inquiries about services.
  • Handle confidential information with care and discretion.
  • Maintain a tidy, organised, and welcoming reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to the office team as necessary.
  • Log and manage incoming deliveries.
  • Oversee the visitor parking area.
