They are looking to recruit an excellent Receptionist to join their Brighton based team on a temporary (with the opportunity to go permanent).
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
- Strong communication skills and excellent organisational abilities.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
- A positive, proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with legal terminology or experience in a law firm is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with completing client intake forms, verifying ID documents, and addressing basic inquiries about services.
- Handle confidential information with care and discretion.
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and welcoming reception area.
- Provide administrative support to the office team as necessary.
- Log and manage incoming deliveries.
- Oversee the visitor parking area.
