We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to manage our front desk daily and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our visitors, you will play a crucial role in making a positive impression and ensuring efficient communication throughout the organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Greet visitors warmly and ensure proper security protocols are followed.
  • Manage telecommunications systems efficiently.
  • Handle queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.
  • Transfer calls as necessary and ensure messages are accurately relayed to appropriate staff members promptly.
  • Manage the availability of meeting rooms and prepare them for meetings.
  • Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail.
  • Prepare vouchers and handle various clerical tasks such as transcription, printing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Record and maintain office expenses and handle travel arrangements for staff.
  • Coordinate both internal and external events.
  • Manage office inventory, ensuring supplies such as stationery, equipment, and furniture are adequately stocked.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple lines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
