We are on the lookout for our next Recruitment Consultant to join our Brighton office!

You’ll be joining an enthusiastic, down to earth team who value hard work, collaboration, and personal development. As a company we specialise in recruiting ‘white collar’ professionals to construction sector, covering a range of areas including residential, facades, structural steel, RC frame, civil engineering and many more. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Brighton office and help drive our growth. If you have a background in business-to-business sales or previous recruitment experience we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across a niche sector within the construction industry.
  • Source, attract, and headhunt top-quality candidates through a variety of channels.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from initial engagement to placement.
  • Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates, becoming a market expert.
  • Use business development techniques to build new client relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Offer high-level aftercare to ensure satisfaction for both clients and candidates.

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • A positive, self-motivated individual who works well both independently and as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.
  • Experience in recruitment is beneficial, especially within construction or a similar sector.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of success.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • A team player who is also able to work autonomously and take ownership of your desk.
