My client, a specialist care provider that have a wealth of Nursing Homes, and Homes for Adults with Complex Learning Disabilities are currently recruiting for a Regional Recruiter join their team working in their Brighton service.

Details of this Regional Recruiter position and what the service is offering:

  • A permanent contract working full time hours
  • Shifts working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • A fantastic annual salary from 25,712 to 28,418 depending on experience
  • 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 3 year's service)
  • Occupational maternity pay, adoption pay & paternity pay
  • Occupational sick pay and death in service payment
  • All the above subject to terms and conditions

As a Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing/implementing recruitment plans/strategies including attracting and resourcing potential candidates at all times. You will also be responsible for posting adverts as required on social media and other available platforms.

Applicants for this Regional Recruiter position should meet the following criteria:

  • Good standard level of education required, no formal qualifications in HR or recruitment required
  • Excellent customer service skills with evidence of putting the customer first
  • Excellent local knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques including social media
  • Fluent in English (verbal and creative written communication skills) and additional languages is adventurous
