A local University is seeking a Project Coordinator for Research Impact in the ESRC Research Centre for Digital Futures at Work (Digit) team. This temporary position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a project focused on the adoption of Microsoft 365 in local authorities across the UK. The role is crucial for disseminating findings related to the digitalisation of public services and enhancing the digital work and welfare ecosystem.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Contribute to the final project report by summarising relevant academic and professional literature on the adoption and implementation of Microsoft 365.
  • Create and manage progress trackers and scope of works for the project.
  • Manage document control for all project-related documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to seamless delivery programs.
  • Track project-related costs and variances.
  • Arrange and coordinate end-of-project outputs, including collaborative meetings with stakeholders to discuss digital adoption challenges and successes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or a willingness to learn its functionalities.
  • Comfortable using tools such as spreadsheets and data systems for tracking program information and supporting project monitoring.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in administrative roles or project coordination, with a capability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with various stakeholders.
