Since opening in April 2019, the Flint house, part of the successful Gingerman restaurant group, has gained a bib gourmand from michelin, been voted in the top 5 restaurants in Brighton, and had excellent reviews in the national press.
We dedicate making our restaurants an inspiring, exciting and fun place to work.
The ideal candidate must have experience working in a similar background in service andguest-focused restaurants, an inspiring leader, facilitating team growth and developmentand a passion for food, drink.
The role would suit someone who gets a thrill out of workingin a vibrant restaurant, has a passion and keen interest in food & drink, and who can provide confident and personable service to ourguests.

What we're looking for:
- Excellent food and drink knowledge; our managers work closely with the bar and kitchen and we expect them to have a good knowledge of both
- Excellent people skills; this a front facing role and requires a dynamic skillset
- Flexibility; one moment you might be shaking cocktails on the bar, the next you could be writing rotas
- Experience; we're looking for someone with at least 2 years in a similar role
