- Lead and guide managers to ensure commercial, customer-focused operations with high presentation and operational standards.
- Deliver diverse food services across multiple outlets, from traditional dining to café/deli and street food.
- Oversee hospitality and events, ensuring top-quality service and innovation.
- Currently a regional or operations manager in the B&I or Education sector.
- Commercially astute with a proven track record of cost control and driving profitability.
- Experience managing multi-million-pound revenues.
- Minimum of 3 years as a Senior Regional Manager, Operations Manager, or Multi-Site Operations Manager in a high-turnover hospitality business.
- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for numbers.
- Innovative approach to food service, including familiarity with food apps and food halls.
- Friendly, outgoing, and naturally a leader who goes ‘above and beyond’.
