Overview:
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue growth by winning new logos, creating and managing business opportunities, and closing multi-stakeholder deals. Your focus will be on expanding into overseas markets, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success. This is a hunter role and will involve cold outreach.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Initiating relationships, reaching out to potential clients and build strong connections
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in global markets
  • Developing and presenting compelling proposals to stakeholders
  • Managing a robust sales pipeline, guiding prospects from discovery to commitment
  • Introduce new concepts, selling new ideas and overcoming objections

Essential Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in revenue growth and winning new business
  • Expertise in negotiating, aligning solutions with client budgets
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals

Desirable Experience:

  • Knowledge of the CPG/FMCG industry and marketing strategies
  • Experience in consultative sales
  • Any additional languages would be beneficial
  • Previous commercial experience in international markets
