A well established Brighton employer is looking to add to the finance team by recruiting a permanent Part Time Finance Assistant.
Description
As Part Time Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Credit control for outstanding debts

Run weekly debtors reports

Email initial payment request
-
Producing statements
-
Responding to client query emails
-
Ensure debtors reports are kept up to date with detailed information

Assisting with allocation of funds
-
Obtaining bank details and processing or approving refund payments

Reconciling accounts
-
Supporting any finance projects as required
Profile
- Knowledge of working in a finance department/credit control function
- Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail
Job Offer
£26-28,000 FTE
Our client is flexible on the contracted hours of 20-30 per week. Ideally the same hours over 5 days (can be flexible on the start and finish times) or even over 4 days. You need to be in the office twice a week and the rest of the week you can work your hours from home.
