Grafton Banks Finance is partnering with an award-winning business in Brighton to recruit a Finance / Accounts Payable Assistant for a six-month temporary contract. This role will support the finance department, with a primary focus on accounts payable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently process high volumes of invoices.
- Assist with payment runs, reports, and issuing remittances.
- Handle expenses and banking transactions.
- Manage the finance inbox and resolve supplier queries.
- Support accounts receivable, including issuing sales invoices.
- Provide ad-hoc support as required.
Requirements:
- Immediate availability, with the ability to start in April 2025.
- Hybrid working – able to commute to Brighton 3-4 days per week.
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger or finance assistant role.
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn new processes and skills.
