- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN and challenging behaviours.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized learning plans.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as necessary.
- Promote positive behaviour and manage challenging situations effectively.
- Previous experience working with SEN students and managing challenging behaviour.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students.
