Our clients, a successful and well know local supplier of meat products, are currently looking for a Butcher Shop Manager to join their busy shop operation. Based in Brighton, this butchers offers fresh produce to both customer and local business. Hours for the role are 06:30 - 17:00.
What's involved?
- Overall responsibility for daily preparation and cutting of meat products according to customer orders, specifications and preferences.
- Overall responsibility for ensuring proper storage and handling of meat products to maintain freshness and quality.
- Overall responsibility for the safe operation and maintain of all butchering equipment and tools.
- Taking overall responsibility for providing guidance and training to the rest of the team on all matters of Butchery.
- Overall responsibility of inventory management and stock rotation within the shop and for outside commercial customers.
