The job:
- Managing a team of Kitchen Sales Designers to meet agreed targets
- To deliver and exceed customer expectations by providing a fantastic service.
- Design dream kitchens for our customers and ensure satisfaction.
- Meet agreed sales targets and ensure the store operates efficiently.
About you:
- Previous store management experience(ESSENTIAL)
- Strong people managment skills (ESSENTIAL)
- Previous experience in a similar position (desired)
- Kitchen Design Background (desired)
- CAD design skills (desired)
- Enthusiastic and engaging personality
- Desire to meet targets and earn commission
