- Completing site checks, tidying and making the sites look their best
- Post handling
- Delivering treats to members
- Onboarding new members, taking them through systems and building orientation
- Dealing with member queries and issues
- Creating fun content on internal Slack messaging
- Willing to work 5 days in office in Brighton
- Friendly customer service and hospitality experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent office presentation and written and verbal communication skills
