Sonic Summary

Our client, a well-known Social Housing and Property Maintenance company, is seeking an experienced Multi Trader.
The role involves maintaining tenanted social housing properties with a focus on high-quality repair tasks.
The permanent salary for this position is £40,000 per annum, along with 20 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
Candidates must have experience in wet rooms and skills in joinery, carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and patch plastering.
A minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, a clean DBS certificate, and a driving license (with up to 6 points allowed) are required.

Our well-known Social Housing, Property Maintenance Client is currently looking to hire anexperienced Multi Trader.

In this role, you will be working on tenanted social housing properties, ensuring the maintenance and reactive repair tasks are carried out to a high standard.

Permanent salary will be offered 40,000 per annum

20days holiday + bank holidays
8am to 5:30pm (42.5h per week)

Requirements:

Must have experience in doing wet rooms.
Experience: Joinery or Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering.
Social Housing experience
NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent
Passport/Right to Work
Clean DBS Certificate
Driving Licence (Up to 6 points is allowed)
