I am working with a growing Brighton based client to find an experienced .Net Developer to join them on a permanent basis. This would be an excellent opportunity for a skilled .Net developer with 4+ years experience to take their next step in their career and grow out their skillset as this role has plenty of room for growth. The chosen candidate will have proven experience in leading a team of developers or a natural ability to mentor.

You will be:

  • Leading the development and implementation of .Net applications.

  • Developing full-stack solutions, including front-end, back-end, and database components.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.

  • Mentoring junior developers and foster continuous learning.

  • Ensuring applications are performant, high-quality, and responsive.

  • Identifying and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.

You will be an excellent fit for the role if you have:

  • Expert in .Net framework and .Net Core

  • Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (Angular, React)

  • Solid database design and management (SQL Server, MySQL)

  • Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS) is advantageous

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

My client is set to begin interviews from November 18th. If you believe this role is a fit for you, don't hesitate to apply. This hybrid opportunity is based in our client's Brighton office and offers excellent flexibility, including a 9-day fortnight, 25 days annual leave plus a Christmas shutdown, and opportunities for training and professional events. The salary is dependent on experience, with an expected range around £55K.
