Learning Support Assistant

This school provides support with students who have challenging behavour and speech and language difficulties and are seeking a Learning Supoort Assistant to join their team. They provide a variety of opportunities to enable pupils to re-engage and allow for positive progress. All staff build trusting relationships and guide pupils with empathy to help them feeel valued and make changes for a better future. This school is located in Brighton and Hove and welcomes pupils from Keysatge 1-4.

This role will give you essential experience within a challenging yet rewarding setting - career progression routes include SEN Teacher, Occupational Therapist and various Psychology routes.
