SEN Teacher/Support Staff - Crawley

Contract Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay Rate: £130 - £250 per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN), fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs, promoting progress and engagement.
- Work closely with classroom teachers to deliver one-on-one or small group support.
- Monitor and assess student development, offering guidance and feedback.
- Contribute to the development of individual education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with parents and other professionals.
Requirements:
- Experience in working with children with SEN or in a similar support role.
- Knowledge of effective strategies for supporting SEN students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students achieve their potential.
