Team Leader- Greenpeace
Managing a team of fundraisers going Door to Door in residential areas in and around Brighton, working in a different postcode every week.
You must have experience in either door to door sales or fundraising for this position.
Ideal role for someone passionate about the environment with experience in face-to-face fundraising or a similar door to door sales role.
- £13-£14 per hour- weekly pay
- up to £600 bonus per week

The role:
The Team Leader’s role is to build and lead a well-trained and motivated team of door-to-door fundraisers, leading by example, so experience is vital to lead a team.
Going door to door, you will speak to the public and inspire people to donate to Greenpeace through ongoing donations by direct debit sign ups.
The Team Leader’s aims are to lead and inspire a strong, supportive and productive team environment, whilst upholding professional standards as well as the aims, values and reputation of Greenpeace.
You will be given industry leading training and ongoing support to make you the best Team leader you can be!
Every year our Door Fundraisers are offered the opportunity to work at festivals of all kinds, from Pride events and small vegan markets to big events like Glastonbury, Latitude, Womad and more!
You must have:
- Have either face-to-face fundraising experience or experience in Door to Door sales,
- Have experience managing a fundraising or door to door team
- Have strong leadership skills including 'leading from the front’
- Be passionate about protecting the environment and have good Greenpeace knowledge
