Team Leader - Door to Door Fundraising
Join the door-to-door fundraising team representing one of the world's leading environmental NGOs.
Greenpeace UK is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Team Leader to become part of our dynamic fundraising team. As a commission-based manager you will have uncapped earnings, with a minimum weekly wage guarantee of £11.44 ph for all hours worked. You will also receive a manager bonus based on your team's results.
This is the right role for an experienced manager or for a fundraiser / sales canvasser looking for the next step in their career.

- Monday - Friday 1-8pm with more flexibility after training period

After attending our industry leading training at our London head office, you'll go door to door with your team talking to people about the work Greenpeace do and inspiring people to help fund their work with a regular donation. You will also have the chance to apply to fundraise at some of the biggest festivals in the UK.
What we're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous managerial experience driving results and/or experience in door to door sales or face to face fundraising
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a target driven environment
- Basic knowledge of how Greenpeace work
