Role: Motor Trade Receptionist
Location: Portslade
Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 6:00pm) and every other Saturday (8:00am - 12:00pm)
Pay: 30,000 (OTE) per annum based on ability and training
Contract: Permanent / Full Time

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Motor Trade Receptionist to join a growing and successful business based in Portslade.

The Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front-desk role within the automotive industry is a must.
  • Confident using digital platforms such as Evhc, 1-Link, and various office management tools.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, particularly in handling phone interactions professionally.
  • High level of accuracy when inputting and managing data.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.


The Role:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their visit.
  • Professionally handle incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department promptly.
  • Keep the front desk area well-organised and presentable to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Utilise digital tools and office software to efficiently manage administrative responsibilities.
  • Effectively convey customer needs and service requests to the workshop team with precision.
