What you will do:

  • Participate in swallow and communication assessments, creating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, working on acute wards across stroke, general medicine, frailty, emergency admissions, respiratory issues, and acquired neurological conditions.

Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist/SLT:

  • Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration
  • Recent UK/NHS post qualifying experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist
