What you will do:
- Participate in swallow and communication assessments, creating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, working on acute wards across stroke, general medicine, frailty, emergency admissions, respiratory issues, and acquired neurological conditions.
- Provide specialised stroke rehabilitation, supporting patients on their journey to recovery and improved quality of life.

Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist/SLT:
- Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration
- Recent UK/NHS post qualifying experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist
