Graduate Surveyor (RICS)
Salary: £30k + Company benefits
Location: Brighton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Must have a driving licence to apply and own transport preferred (but not essential)

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of valuation reports for a range of commercial properties.
- Attending site visits and conducting basic inspections.
- Taking measurements and photographs in line with RICS standards.
- Corresponding with clients - communicating with clients and representing the company in a
- professional and diligent manner.
- Working with the team and senior management to make sure we provide the most efficient and
- informative reports for the client base using the best technology.
- Supporting the analysis of comparable evidence and market trends.
Requirements:
- Degree accredited by RICS (essential).
- Clean UK driving licence (required).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive, professional, and eager to learn.
- Own transport is ideal but not essential.
