Graduate Surveyor (RICS)

Salary: £30k + Company benefits

Location: Brighton

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Must have a driving licence to apply and own transport preferred (but not essential)

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation of valuation reports for a range of commercial properties.
  • Attending site visits and conducting basic inspections.
  • Taking measurements and photographs in line with RICS standards.
  • Corresponding with clients - communicating with clients and representing the company in a
  • professional and diligent manner.
  • Working with the team and senior management to make sure we provide the most efficient and
  • informative reports for the client base using the best technology.
  • Supporting the analysis of comparable evidence and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Degree accredited by RICS (essential).
  • Clean UK driving licence (required).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, professional, and eager to learn.
  • Own transport is ideal but not essential.
