Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)

Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, handle enquiries, and process payments.
- Manage post, meeting room diaries, and visitor hospitality.
- Maintain office supplies and recycling processes.
- Prepare and send client communications.
