Brighton Met College is recruiting an Associate Lecturer in Nail Technology to join our Hair & Beauty Team within our state-of-the-art industry standard Hair and Beauty Salons. You will be an enthusiastic, committed teacher who will be responsible for teaching Level 2 Nail Technology courses for students aged 18+ as part of our Professional offer. The role involves reviewing and marking assignments, providing developmental feedback, and supporting students' learning progress. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records for internal quality assurance and communication with students. You will be responsible for the organisation of the course alongside the Teaching and Learning Manager, please see the full job description for more details.        Our Associate Lecturer in Nail Technology will hold a level 2/3 qualification (or equivalent) in Nail Technology or a related subject, and will have proven interpersonal skills to manage the specific individual needs of the students

Work Pattern: 5 hours per week, Tuesday 2.30pm - 7.30pm
