Job Duties:- Responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and online platforms
- Providing information about products and services
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
- Understanding of customer service principles and practises
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
