This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading audit engagements, mentoring a team, and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality audit services.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Leading and mentoring a team of auditors, providing training and technical guidance.
- Reviewing audit files and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and high standards.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing strategic advice.
- Collaborating with partners and other senior stakeholders to drive business growth.
- ACA/ACCA qualified.
- At least eight years' experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
