This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading audit engagements, mentoring a team, and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality audit services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of auditors, providing training and technical guidance.
  • Reviewing audit files and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and high standards.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing strategic advice.
  • Collaborating with partners and other senior stakeholders to drive business growth.
Skills & Experience:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified.
  • At least eight years' experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
