Site/Procedure Auditor

Our client, a leading food manufacturing company in its sector, is recruiting for a Site/Procedure Auditor. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards and accreditations and is ideal for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Manage the Audit Process, conducting procedural, GMP, and Hygiene Audits in line with M&S and BRC requirements using the iAuditor system.
  • Handle management of Non-conformances in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure timely verification and close-outs of non-conformances.
  • Coordinate the audit programme throughout the year.
  • Provide support and advice on retailer and BRC standards to operation teams to ensure site compliance.
  • Maintain and update audit templates to standard and best practice.
  • Communicate major non-conformances effectively with the Management Team.
  • Compile and report audit KPIs.
  • Investigate and report site and supplier non-conformances, including close-out.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Food Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Internal Audits compliant with BRC and retailers.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, including Word and Excel.
  • GCSE or equivalent at Grade B or above in Maths and English.
  • Excellent time management skills with a flexible approach to work.
  • Full Right to Work in the UK.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence.
