Your new companyPortbury based businessYour new roleYou will responsible for the following activities;
- Balancing accounts and reconciling supplier invoices to delivery notes, ensuring all credit notes and product returns are accounted for.
- Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments to suppliers
- Completing VAT returns to HMRC
- Preparing and collating Company payroll on a weekly basis and submission of connected returns to HMRC.
- Checking company bank statements and performing weekly bank account reconciliations
- Preparing monthly cash flow statements and Budgets
- Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
- Maintaining a daily, up to date, record of all company activities on Company Xero Accounting Systems

- Relevant previous bookkeeping/company accountant experience needed
