Alexander Lloyd are partnering with a renowned Financial Services business on the hire of an experienced Credit Controller to join their growing team.

You will be building relationships and contribute to the success of the Credit Control team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the DD and instalment processes. You will also ideally be aware of all compliance, regulatory rules and FCA regs.

Your role will entail:

Ensure all instalment credit control activities are met within processes to achieve KPI's

Resolve all internal and external queries within a professional and timely manner

Build relationships with external customers and a brilliant collaboration within the Shared Service Function

Analyse complex data to make practical decisions

Be open to change and driving change / process improvements

Utilising your strong excel skills

Paying up to £35k + bonus and benefits

Hybrid working 2/3 days per week in the office
