High growth subscription business with strong ethical and sustainable values now seeks to appoint a Financial Accountant to work alongside its Financial Controller. This is a newly created role in structure and will see you oversee all areas of transactional accounting, cashflow and reporting.

Location

Based in Central Bristol, the company operates a hybrid working policy with 2 anchor days in the office. We can also offer a reduced working pattern, ideally across 4-5 days.

Role

Working within a high performing finance team, the Financial Accountant will oversee cash management and planning and quarterly reporting. With a focus on driving improvements and changes to finance processes and controls, you will be comfortable forecasting liquidity and managing the business’ daily cash position. You will oversee the bank reconciliation process, reviewing data prepared by Treasury, and work with AP, AR and Accounting teams and improve efficiency.

About You

Either qualified or qualified by experience, you will be comfortable managing complicated information sets to an informative output. Demonstrating a track record of process improvement, you will have proven experience of managing a small team along with the ability to change your approach depending on audience.
