My manufacturing client is seeking a Financial Accountant for a 12-month contract.
The role involves setting up ledgers, defining financial processes, delivering monthly consolidation packages, and applying UK GAAP.
Candidates should be qualified accountants with experience in IFRS, UK GAAP reporting, and SAP.
M&A experience is highly desirable, and candidates should have a solid understanding of financial controls.
The salary for this position is competitive, and a minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.

My manufacturing client is looking for a Financial Accountant on a 12 month contract.

Key responsibilities;

Setting up ledgers
Defining and documenting key financial processes and controls
Delivery of the monthly consolidation package and annual statutory accounts
Analysis of data
Application of UK GAAP
Contribution to internal and external audits

Experience;

Qualified Accountant
Understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP reporting requirements
SAP experience
Controls experience
M&A experience highly desirable
