This is a full-time position and will be fully office based in the Avonmouth area with plenty of free parking on site, and a great, friendly culture. Our client fully supports candidates who are interested in professional studies, and there are competitive incentives in place for this.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include but not be limited to:
- Processing and raising a high volume of invoices.
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers.
- Supporting with credit control.
- Ad hoc data entry and finance administrative tasks.
- Processing expenses and cash book maintenance.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience working in a similar Finance position, with good administrative skills.
- Sound working knowledge of MS Excel.
- An exceptional attention to detail, and ability to work well with multiple deadlines.
- A desire to explore AAT Finance qualification.
In return, the successful salary on offer is £27,500 plus benefits including study support, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 3% pension and more.
