Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Salary: £30,000 - £31,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Flexible start/finish | 1 day WFH
About the Role:
We're partnering with a growing, forward-thinking design and manufacturing business in Brislington to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and dynamic finance team. This full-time, permanent role will give you exposure across four different businesses within the group, making every week varied and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:
You'll work across multiple businesses each week, supporting purchase ledger functions and helping ensure smooth financial operations.
Your weekly schedule will be split throughout the week and will include:
- Purchase invoice entry
- Supplier reconciliations
- Dealing with purchase queries
- Supplier set up
- Processing proforma payments
- Petty cash management
- Expenses & reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Resolving purchase queries
- Supplier on-boarding
- Allocating payments
- Handling queries from suppliers and stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Purchase Ledger Focused or Accounts Assistant roles
- Confident with Excel (pivot tables essential)
- Familiarity with finance systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Able to work both independently and within a close-knit team
