Citadel Source is recruiting for a part-time Assistant Accounts for a market-leading brand. This is a part-time role, 22.5h per week ideally over 4/5 days per week.
About you
The Client is looking for enthusiastic individuals with at least 2-year experience within accounting roles to join their team. You must be able to accurately process information and be strong numerically, have solid Excel skill and ideally has NetSuite experience. This is a fully remote, position, 0.6 FTE ideally over 4/5 days per week. Although this is a remote role you will have to be able to travel to the Bristol area at least few times per quarter.
The Role
The role of the Assistant Accountant includes oversight and maintenance of nominal ledger accounts, assist with the processing of purchase ledger, credit control, payment runs, bank reconciliations, assist in the production of management information reports as well as any ad hoc projects.
As the Assistant Accountant, your role will include but not limited to:
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Dealing with all supplier queries
- Managing Sales Leger and Credit Control
- Monitoring and investigate any unallocated payments.
- Preparation accruals and prepayments
- Posting journals
What the Client has to offer
- A salary level of £27,000 to £32,000 FTE
