Oliver James are pleased to be working with a leading independent pensions consultancy in their search for a qualified Pensions Actuary at Principal level to join them in an office lead role, both in terms of people and client management in their Bristol office. As a leader within the Bristol office, you will be responsible for implementing client development strategies and growth plans to further grown out this businesses presence in the South West. You will take on a client lead role, taking responsibility for allocation and completion of work, reviewing the work of peers and take the lead on developing existing client relationships and winning new business. Role requirements:

  • Qualified Actuary with significant experience of working within pensions consulting
  • People management capabilities and the desire to manage, mentor and motivate
  • Experience in winning new business, attending new business pitches and beauty parades
