With coaching and guidance from the senior administration team, you will learn to process invoices, liaise with clients on queries and payments, prepare accounts, documentation, and a whole range of tasks.As an essential part of our team, the role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.The Role:

  • General administration duties
  • Preparing accounts and documentation in readiness for invoicing
  • Processing sales invoices
  • Chasing overdue payments over the phone and following up via email and written correspondence
  • Dealing with queries from clients and internal staff
  • Advising on overdue accounts
  • Supporting the senior administration team
