Your key responsibilities will include:-•    Coordinating the preparation and filing of statutory forms at Companies House and other administrative tasks required to ensure clients meet their statutory and regulatory compliance obligations.•    Independently managing filing deadlines for a large portfolio of clients.•    Assisting management with ad hoc projects and the onboarding of new clients.•    Maintaining and updating client reports and systems, to record work completed.•    Providing administrative support to members of the company secretarial team.•    Answering calls from clients•    Ad hoc duties as required

Full training will be provided.The job is a full-time role based on a 35 hour week and is offered with the flexibility of both office and remote working.First Corporate can offer a range of generous benefits, which include: -
