Administrative Support

We are seeking an Administrative Support professional to provide efficient and effective support services to the fee earners and clients, enhancing the overall operational performance. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support the Support Services Manager in completing and submitting requests and returns for all clients within the Client Manager’s portfolio by internal and external deadlines.
  • Ensure all requests are performed in a timely and professional manner, meeting all deadlines.
  • Plan and execute assignments efficiently, liaising with fee earners to continually improve and streamline job requirements.
  • Oversee and provide administrative support to the wider business, including managing all outgoing correspondence via email, letter, or OpenSpace.
  • Handle overflow phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist the Support Services Manager in resource allocation to meet departmental goals.
  • Support the broader Support Services Team as required, including covering reception, greeting clients, and providing refreshments.
  • Participate in business development events and represent the organisation as required.
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by the Directors or delegated authorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Thorough working knowledge of all Microsoft packages; experience with a case management system is advantageous but not essential.
  • Resilient with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to form good professional collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment.
  • Well-organised, accurate, and able to prioritise time effectively.
  • Generally has a good, positive attitude to work.
